A fixed selection of delicious treats, including:
- A beef bresaola tartlet, with celeriac, truffle remoulade, and pickled mushroom.
- A brioche crostini, with goats cheese, nectarine, and parmesan (V).
- A poached chicken finger sandwich, with sun-dried tomato aioli, and basil.
- A grilled zucchini finger sandwich, with lemon, pistachio pesto, mint, and cream cheese (V).
- A mini raspberry pavlova (GF, NF).
- A chocolate and hazelnut praline profiterole.
- A mini passionfruit cheesecake (NF).
- A mini plum and almond tartlet.
Each person will receive one of each mini item. All items will arrive in a box with no serve ware, florals included. This item cannot be modified. All images are for illustration only, and the final product may vary slightly. We recommend to refrigerate thee items to preserve their integrity especially during the warmer season.
